Steve Perryman Sport Travel is the official partner to the 2012 & 2013 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championships taking place in Stockholm and Helsinki. We offer a wide range of ticket packages, accommodation, transfers, hospitality packages and other special requests such as dinners, group activities, etc.
For the first time ever
The tournament will be divided between two nations – Sweden and Finland. This means that the Ice Hockey World Championships will be held in Sweden as well as Finland in 2012 and 2013.
Our Packages
A new initiative this year is that the preliminary round matches will be divided into two groups, and Sweden and Finland will each play in one of the groups of eight teams. Sweden’s group will play all matches up to and including the quarter-finals in Stockholm. Finland’s group will play their matches in Helsinki, where the play-offs, including the bronze match, semi-finals and finals will be played in 2012. In 2013, the roles are reversed and it will be Sweden’s turn to host the final games.
